  2. Thank you very much Rudy, this was a real departure for me and a bit of an experiment. I had never used white charcoal before, and I am not used to layering on the thinner coats of black acrylic like this. That took quite a bit of time to do - paint, then let it dry, paint, then let it dry, and so on. But it really turned out well and this is also one of my favorite pieces. I am oddly superstitious about numbers, so I take it as a very good sign that this piece, page 300, turned out so well since I am now beginning the 300s.
